  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, or use the QR code for a printerless drop-off experience at participating locations.

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
